WHAT IS "SOUNDFLOW"?
SoundFlow** is a collaboration from award winning loop artist, Lady Gang, and Holly Nicole, an international Yoga teacher. SoundFlow combines a multi-instrumental live music session with storytelling, Mantra, Yoga Flow, Dance, and Yoga Nidra Meditation . Holly Nicole and Lady Gang just concluded a six week SoundFlow residency at Breathe Studio, in the US Virgin Islands and are currently making their way back to Baja California Sur, Mexico to continue curating these combined medicine offerings.
Our mission is to weave the medicine of music with the traditional and secular aspects of Yoga and Meditation medicine into a unique experience for spiritual growth, community building, and somatic healing.
